Amy Davin serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at First Mutual Holding Co., where she leads the strategy and vision for building a strong, engaged workforce that reflects the values of mutual banking. In her role, she oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, leadership development, and organizational culture.
With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industries, Amy brings deep expertise in HR strategy and a passion for fostering workplace cultures where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow. She has a proven track record of aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive sustainable growth and positive community impact.
Prior to joining First Mutual Holding Co., Amy spent over 17 years with Westfield Group, where she held a series of progressive leadership roles, including Employment Manager and Assessment & Development Specialist. Earlier in her career, she held talent acquisition and HR leadership roles at KeyBank and Cencor, gaining extensive experience in recruiting, workforce planning, and employee development.
In addition to her professional work, Amy serves on the Board of Directors for the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Cleveland, reflecting her commitment to service and community involvement. She holds certifications from both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
