As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Andy oversees the finance, accounting and secondary market functions of all member banks within FMHC. His responsibilities include ensuring balance sheet management and profitability are aligned with strategic objectives, accuracy of internal and external financial reporting, and accounting policy and implementation.
Andy joined FMHC in June 2018 as Chief Accounting Officer and also held roles as Chief Risk Officer and SVP Finance prior to being named CFO.
Prior to FMHC, Andy held a position at Crowe LLP, a global public accounting, consulting and technology firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant® (CGMA) designation.
Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, PA.
