Kathy serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at First Mutual Holding Co., Ohio’s largest member-owned mutual holding company. In her role, Kathy leads the enterprise IT division, overseeing IT service delivery, enterprise systems, business intelligence, and digital strategy. She is dedicated to delivering technology business solutions in partnership with key business units and member banks, enabling growth, driving agility, and enhancing both employee and customer experiences.
Kathy joined FMHC in June 2021, bringing with her a wealth of experience from Fifth Third Bank, where she served as Technology Director. Prior to that, she spent over 20 years at Key Bank in technology roles of increasing responsibility, including leading the development of a Digital Business Automation Center of Excellence. Her career is marked by proven leadership, technology expertise, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Kathy holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development from Baldwin Wallace University, an associate degree in Computer Science from Cuyahoga Community College, and completed the Women in STEM Leadership Program at Case Western Reserve University. She is also actively involved in several national and local Women in Technology organizations, sharing her passion for IT and supporting the advancement of women in the field.
